Josh's thoughts: Saints' fourth and goal decision

I have no problem with Sean Payton's decision to go for it on fourth and goal. With the Colt's explosive offensive cababilities, tying the game would have been huge.
The Saints lost the battle at the goal line, but recovered and got their three points before the half.
New Orleans may have done themselves a bigger favor by keeping the Indianapolis offense off the field for all but two minutes of the second quarter.
Time of possesion in the second quarter could very well be the more important detail in terms of the final score.
New Orleans has also settled down and they are moving the ball well. The Colts' offense sputtered and paid the price, losing any opportunity to score.
