Early turnovers and foul trouble are a big concern for the Wisconsin men’s basketball team.
The Badgers have had success this year due in large part to their ability to take care of the basketball. Wisconsin turned the ball over three times in the first nine minutes of the ball game.
Starters Keaton Nankivil and Jordan Taylor were both on the bench with two fouls in that short time span as well.
Jon Leuer is the only Badger having success, scoring the team’s first 12 points. He also has two rebounds. Obviously, Leuer will need help soon, or the deficit may become difficult to overcome.
Cornell began the game on an 8-0 run, while the Badgers struggled.
